• Be part of an international and interdisciplinary project team
• Develop and oversee projects and processes related to sustainable packaging and circular economy
• Support the implementation of ALDI SOUTH Group’s International Packaging targets (recyclability, recycled content, virgin plastic reduction)
• Create proposals and concept papers, guidelines, analyses, reports and presentations
• Coordinate with related international and national business entities (Buying, Supply Chain Management, Corporate Responsibility) and external partners

My qualifications

• Completed business or sustainability oriented studies 
• Several years of well-founded work experience in the field of retail, packaging manufacturing, plastic conversion, chemicals or consumer product industry
• Knowhow with packaging sustainability, recycling systems and packaging regulation (Extended Producer Responsibility)
• Several years of relevant experience with plastic initiatives and technical guidelines/standards 
• Well-founded skills with project and data management 
• Business-fluent English skills
• International willingness to travel
